About these terms
These terms apply to this website and the Guardians portal, run by Guardians Human Resources (OPC) Private Limited. By creating an account or using the portal you agree to them.
Accounts
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- College and company accounts are reviewed before they can submit requests. We may decline, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is misused.
What you upload
Only upload resumes and documents that are yours or that you are authorised to share, and that are accurate. Do not upload anything unlawful, misleading or harmful. You keep ownership of what you upload and allow us to use it to provide our services, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Jobs and placements
Vacancies are published on behalf of our clients and may change or close without notice. Applying does not guarantee an interview or a job. The automated resume review checks structure and formatting; it is guidance, not a guarantee of how any employer will assess your resume.
Guardians never asks candidates for money to apply, to be interviewed or to get a job. If anyone asks you to pay in our name, do not pay, and tell us at hr@guardiansindia.com.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the service, or copy candidate or client data from the portal for any other purpose.
Liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts at Thane, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
